Midterm test announcements:

The midterm test will take place on Thursday, October 20, from 7 – 9 pm. Consult the following table to find where you should go to write the test.

The test will cover the material in chapters 1 – 5 of our text book. There will be 20 multiple choice questions.
A formula sheet is provided. Click here to see the formula sheet. (It is the same as the first part of the formula sheet in the lab maual.)

 

Lab and tutorial marks (October 18):

Click here to find your marks in the first experiment, and the first two tutorial tests. The marks are listed by student number (first column). The average mark for experiment 1 was 15.3/20, and the averages for the first two tutorial tests were 3.71/5 and 3.18/5, respectively.

Lab and tutorial marks (December 4):

For some sections, the marks for tutorial 4 and experiment 4 have not yet been received and will be added later. This provisional list does not include information on special cases where exemptions have been granted.
