This course provides a continuation of the introduction to the mathematics required for both the Honours and Major programs in Physics and Astronomy. Topics include Fourier series, differential equations, special functions, boundary value problems and transform methods. Not to be held with the former 016.237. Prerequisite: PHYS 2390.
